Terms of Service

Craqit provides interview-preparation tools, including AI-powered mock interviews, coding practice, drills, and progress tracking. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial interview preparation.

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may not share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account.

• Paid plans (“Pro”) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
• A free tier is available with limited usage.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service or its content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

• Some features let you book a paid 1:1 mock interview with an independent interviewer (“coach”). Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of Craqit; we facilitate matching, scheduling, payment, and the session room.
• Payment for a session is collected at booking and held until the session is completed. If your interviewer does not join (a coach no-show), you receive a full refund or a rematch. If you do not join after the scheduled start, the session may be treated as completed and is non-refundable.
• You may cancel before the session subject to the refund timing shown at booking. Refunds for completed sessions are at our discretion and only where required by law.
• Coaching feedback and scores are the coach’s and AI’s opinion for practice purposes only — they are not a guarantee of employment, offers, or interview outcomes, and are not professional career advice.
• Sessions are conducted respectfully and anonymously (candidates appear under a codename). Abusive conduct toward a coach or candidate may result in termination without refund.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. your answers and code). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content to provide the Service to you (including sending it to AI providers to generate feedback). You are responsible for the content you submit.

Questions, scores, and feedback are generated by AI and provided for practice purposes only. They are not a guarantee of interview outcomes, employment, or accuracy. Use your own judgment; the Service is a study aid, not professional or career advice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your interview performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GV Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
